Harnessing the power of existing technology within classrooms
The ENHANCE development programme is being used by a range of different organisations, each having identified their own objectives that are linked to the many benefits it delivers.
When something promises to do various things it’s often difficult to understand the primary benefit. ENHANCE is such a thing and we have tried to distil its multiple benefits into the following summary:
Focus Longer > Think Quicker > Learn Faster > Feel Better
But how do we measure the sum total of these very different benefits and far reaching impact areas?
Using the concept of self efficacy.
Self-efficacy is an individual’s belief in their capacity to act in the ways necessary to reach specific goals. The concept was originally proposed by the psychologist Albert Bandura and it affects every area of human endeavour.
We often use a short and validated self efficacy survey within the ENHANCE Programme that includes elements such as problem solving, resilience, and growth mindset, all of which rely upon strong cognitive skills and positive mental wellbeing.
Here is a quick summary of a recent programme with Grade 11 students aged 16/17 at an international school in Dubai that measured students’ self efficacy before and after ENHANCE:
With increasing time pressures and conflicting demands on curriculum time, schools need evidence-based solutions that reliably improve learning and development outcomes. ENHANCE is one of the most researched interventions available today and these results are further support for why you may wish to consider it for your organisation.

What if something is too good?
What if the list of benefits is so long that it’s difficult to find a niche?
These are challenges faced by ENHANCE as a result of the broad range of positive outcomes that it delivers
Those of you who have completed an ENHANCE programme would have already appreciated the benefit of allocating time within each day to complete BrainHQ training exercises.
